
Shipping
Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service (Priority Mail) which takes 3-5 business days depending on your location in the US. Your order will usually ship within 3-7 business days after you receive an emailed confirmation by Roxstar Sportswear of your order. We will make all efforts to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Roxstar Sportswear charges sales tax for orders shipped to Florida. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. For orders shipped outside of the United States, please inquire in advance for shipping costs as they will vary per country and be more than the shipping here in the U.S. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.
Preorder / Special Order Items
Preorder / special order items are advance order items that we expect to receive shortly or specially ordered for customers. We provide this unique service as a courtesy for our customers on popular and hard to find styles. Payment on all preorder / special order items are charged and processed as soon as your order is placed, so there is no delay in processing times associated with your order. Please note, preorder / special order items are NOT refundable prior to shipment unless the item is no longer being produced. After shipment, preorder / special order items are not refundable or exchangeable unless we have other sizes available (must be exchanged for the identical item). If an order contains in stock items and preorder / special order items, the in stock items are shipped first, then the preorder / special order items will follow using standard shipping when they are available, regardless of the initial shipping method chosen. If you want to upgrade the preorder / special order items to a faster shipping method, please contact us for additional shipping charges. If multiple preorder / special order items are on one order, they will be shipped after they all arrive in stock in one shipment. Any arrival dates listed are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are no guarantee as to the actual product arrival dates, and subject to delay without notice. The product page will be updated if any additional information is available (please do not send customer service messages about item status as all information available is provided on the product page). If you prefer to swap a preorder for a different size or style that is in stock, please let us know so we can try to accomodate your request.
Returns
3 REASONS FOR RETURNS:
1. Wrong Size.
2. Wrong Item Shipped.
3. Defective Item.
* All returns must be authorized. *
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at info@roxstarsportswear.com to obtain a Return Authorization number known as an RA number. All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached if applicable. Also include the original invoice with the RA# written on it.
* Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
* If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
Once you receive your Return Authorization number, you must than ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange or the RA# will become null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your RA# and original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
